Participants must be at least 11 years old to use the Fitness Center.
Kids ages 11-13 are required to attend a Teen Weight Training Class prior to joining the Fitness Center.
Ages 11-17 must have a parent with them when purchasing any of the Fitness Center passes (daily, yearly, open gym, 6-months and track only) to sign a waiver. Waivers are kept on file, so the parent does not need to be present at each visit. (BK)

Teen Weight Training Class
The teen weight training (TWT) class is required for fitness member teens ages 11-13 and is available on the scheduled Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m..
This 2-hour class covers injury prevention, proper concentration of each muscle group, breathing and lifting techniques. This class also discusses proper warm-up and cardiovascular conditioning. Upon completion of this class, the teen will receive a 1-year membership.

Parents are required to be present for registration. Please come to the Fitness Center 15 minutes before class begins.
