Cheer & Tumble
Cheer and tumble class will work on tumbling, cheer jumps, cheer motions, dances, stunting, conditioning, and flexibility. (PD)

Intermediate Tumbling for Dancers and Cheer
Instructor Approval Required
Working on back handsprings, round off back handspring, front handsprings, back handsprings steps outs, side, and front arials. Drills for back tucks. (PD)

Itasca Tumbling Team
Instructor Approval Required
This program is dedicated to building a strong foundation of tumbling at a competitive level for children ages 4-15. Our Tumbling Team competes in meets through the Illinois Park District Gymnastics Conference. The season starts in October and concludes in a Sectional/State series in March.
